1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing bkkbd.net, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their current form, together with any supplemental rules published for specific games, sports markets, and promotional offers on the platform. bkkbd reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Amended terms take effect immediately upon publication at bkkbd.net/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are written in English and apply to all players accessing bkkbd from any location, including all regions of Bangladesh — Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar. Where any translated version of these terms conflicts with the English version, the English version shall prevail in all cases.

2. Age Restriction & Eligibility

The bkkbd platform is strictly for players aged 18 and above. No person under the age of 18 may register an account, make a deposit, or place any wager. This restriction is non-negotiable and applies regardless of the applicable local law in the player's region of residence.

At the point of registration, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. bkkbd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including at first withdrawal above ৳10,000. Acceptable proof of age includes a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. If a player is found to be underage at any point during their use of the platform, their account will be immediately suspended, all balances will be returned to the originating payment method, and any winnings accumulated during the period of underage use will be forfeited.

In addition to the age requirement, the following eligibility conditions apply:

• You must be a human individual acting on your own behalf — corporate entities may not register player accounts.
• You must not be accessing bkkbd from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a bkkbd employee, in any department or division.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on the bkkbd platform or on any affiliated platform.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold exactly one registered account on the bkkbd platform. Registering more than one account — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts belonging to the same individual will be closed and any balances, bonuses, and winnings across all accounts will be forfeited.

When registering your account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. bkkbd will not be liable for any failure in service delivery resulting from outdated or inaccurate account information.

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bkkbd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme consistent with responsible gaming best practices. You may be required to submit identity documentation at any stage of your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• A clear photograph or scan of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or mobile financial service statement confirming your name and address, issued within the last 90 days.
• A screenshot or confirmation document from your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account confirming that the registered mobile number matches the account holder's name.
• A selfie photograph holding your NID or passport alongside a handwritten note showing the date and the word "bkkbd".

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within 7 calendar days of the request will result in withdrawal processing being suspended until verification is complete. Repeated failure to cooperate with KYC requests may result in account closure.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bkkbd account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. All activity conducted through your account — including any deposits, wagers, or withdrawals — will be treated as having been carried out by you unless you notify bkkbd of unauthorised access promptly via [email protected].

bkkbd strongly recommends that you use a strong, unique password for your account and enable two-factor authentication where available. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. bkkbd will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All transactions on bkkbd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bkkbd does not apply any currency conversion to deposits or withdrawals, and players are not charged a platform-level transaction fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. Fees levied by payment service providers (for example, mobile wallet transaction fees charged by bKash or Nagad) are outside bkkbd's control and are the responsibility of the player.

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

bkkbd currently accepts deposits via the following payment channels:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay
• Commercial Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. Deposits are credited to your bkkbd balance instantly for mobile wallet methods and within 1–3 business hours for bank transfer methods during standard banking hours in Bangladesh (Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM BST).

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are processed via the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit (same-channel return policy), except where the original channel is unavailable, in which case bkkbd support will arrange an alternative. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: Within 15 minutes during standard operating hours (24/7, BST)
• Bank Transfer: Within 1–3 business days, subject to Bangladesh banking hours
• Visa / Mastercard: Within 3–5 business days, subject to international processing times

Withdrawals above ৳50,000 per transaction may require additional identity verification. bkkbd reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of amount. Withdrawal requests submitted while the player's account is under investigation for any suspected breach of these terms may be placed on hold pending resolution of the investigation.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are applied on a per-method and per-account basis. General indicative limits are displayed in the cashier. bkkbd reserves the right to apply enhanced limits — including reduced maximum withdrawal amounts — on accounts identified as high-risk or under enhanced due diligence review. Players affected by limit changes will be notified via their registered email address.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bkkbd offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and sports betting enhanced odds promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in the relevant offer communication, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless a bonus offer explicitly states that it is a "no wagering" bonus, all bonuses and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement represents the total amount you must wager before the bonus balance or associated winnings can be converted to a withdrawable real-money balance. Wagering requirements for each offer are stated at the point of bonus acceptance and are accessible at any time in your account's bonus section.

The following general rules apply to all wagering requirements on bkkbd:

• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games typically contribute 10%–20%; sports bets contribute according to the specific promotion terms.
• Only real-money wagers placed after the bonus is credited count toward fulfilling the wagering requirement. Wagers placed before the bonus is credited do not count.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for the bonus. Uncompleted bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period and are removed from the account balance.
• bkkbd reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where it determines, in its reasonable judgement, that a player has abused the bonus system through coordinated play, use of multiple accounts, or other prohibited conduct.

5.2 Promotion Eligibility

Promotions are available to eligible registered players who meet the stated conditions of each offer. bkkbd reserves the right to limit any promotion to a specific group of players, to exclude individual accounts from promotions, or to withdraw a promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have opted out of marketing communications may not receive personalised promotional offers but remain eligible for generally available promotions.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

Each game category on the bkkbd platform — including slots, live casino, crash games, fishing arcade games, and sports betting — is governed by its own specific game rules. These rules are accessible within each game lobby and constitute part of your agreement with bkkbd for the purposes of each game session. In the event of a conflict between a specific game rule and this general Terms & Conditions document, the specific game rule takes precedence for the relevant game category.

6.1 RNG Certification

All slot games and table games hosted on bkkbd use random number generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and certified for randomness and fairness by recognised testing laboratories. 6.2 Live Casino Rules

Live dealer tables are provided to bkkbd by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules of each live table game are governed by the rules published by the respective provider and displayed on-screen during play. In the event of a technical disruption during a live game, the round outcome is determined according to the provider's published disconnection policy. bkkbd is not responsible for outcomes resulting from network interruptions on the player's end.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on bkkbd are subject to the sports betting rules applicable at the time of bet placement. Key provisions include:

• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds at which the bet is accepted. bkkbd does not guarantee that the same odds will be available for subsequent bet placements.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the latency of the live data feed. bkkbd reserves the right to void in-play bets placed after the event outcome is determined but before the bet is registered in the system.
• For cricket markets, the minimum qualifying overs for a match to be deemed valid for settlement purposes are stated in the individual market rules. Matches abandoned before the minimum qualifying threshold are settled as void.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event, per day, and per account. These limits are displayed in the sports betting section of your account.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bkkbd platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Registering more than one player account, regardless of the method or intention.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to interact with any part of the platform, including placing bets, navigating game interfaces, or claiming bonuses.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or miscalculated odds ("Palpable Errors"). bkkbd reserves the right to void any bet or transaction executed at an incorrectly stated price resulting from a Palpable Error.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games or to manipulate any game outcome.
• Using funds of illegal origin to make deposits on the platform. bkkbd maintains anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures consistent with responsible platform operations and reserves the right to investigate and report suspicious financial activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any support interaction.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bkkbd support staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access the bkkbd platform or any player account other than your own through any unauthorised means.
• Selling, transferring, or otherwise assigning your bkkbd account or any balance within it to any third party.

Where bkkbd identifies prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to take any one or more of the following actions: suspend or permanently close the account; withhold and forfeit any balance, bonus funds, or pending withdrawals; report the matter to relevant authorities; and pursue legal remedies where applicable under Bangladeshi law.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

bkkbd may suspend or permanently close a player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has requested self-exclusion under the responsible gaming programme.
• The player's account has been inactive (no login or transaction) for a continuous period of 12 months ("dormant account").
• bkkbd is required to do so by applicable law, a regulatory direction, or a court order.
• bkkbd reasonably suspects the account is being used for fraudulent, money-laundering, or other illegal purposes.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these terms, any verifiable real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and any balance subject to ongoing investigation) will be returned to the player via the most recently used withdrawal method within 10 business days of the closure decision.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting bkkbd support at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 2 business days. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of voluntary closure will continue to be processed according to standard withdrawal timelines.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bkkbd's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bkkbd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if bkkbd has been advised of the possibility of such damages. bkkbd does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and shall not be liable for service interruptions resulting from scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

10. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from these terms that cannot be resolved through the bkkbd internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to binding arbitration. Players agree to first seek resolution by contacting the bkkbd support team in good faith before initiating any formal proceedings.
